THE INCREDIBEDS INTERNET RETURN POLICY

Returning a Product to www.Incredibeds.com.
* Items purchased at www.Incredibeds.com may be returned within 20 days in unopened or original condition with a copy of the packing slip to our Incredibeds.com Return Center. * Refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the item. Please note this applies even to items received as gifts.
* Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item being returned is damaged or defective. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, please read below.
* There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.
* Again you MUST contact us within 20 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 20 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Incredibeds.com Return Policy Instructions

To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please follow these instructions when packing and sending your product for return.
  • 1. Send the product in its original packaging.
  • 2. Pack the product so that it won't be damaged during the shipping process.
  • 3. Include a copy of the packing slip.
  • 4. Send the product via a method that can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal Service, please send via certified mail. We cannot process your return until your product has been received. Incredibeds.com are not responsible for items lost during shipping.
  • 5. All returns should be returned to the address specified on your packing slip.


Damaged or Defective Items

To return a damaged or defective item to Incredibeds.Com please contact our customer service team by email at customerservice@incredibeds.com. Our customer service team will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and pick-up instructions. Once we receive the returned item, you will be refunded the price of the item and any applicable taxes and shipping costs. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the item. Please note that in order to receive a refund for the shipping cost of the item, you must contact our customer service team before returning the item to us.
